MOULD MANIPULATOR

The manipulator is a machine created and designed to lift and rotate mots. In particular, it is used in mott coupling operations.The Sogemi range of manipulators covers most mott sizes and is available in electric and hydraulic versions. Equipped with a balancing system to obtain a correct centre of gravity of the system.

MOULD AUTO-CLOSER

A fully automatic solution for closing moulds with maximum precision and without the need for operator intervention.The system is integrated with a floating table, which guarantees a perfect alignment to each cycle, ensuring high quality results.

MULTI-LEVEL COOLING LINES

To increase the available space and allow the insertion of additional cooling lines, and thus increase the casting capacity, the multi-level cooling system was developed. Transfer trollies, equipped with a forklift, can also move in the vertical direction to store the moulds on different floors.Our lines are highly customisable to adapt to the specific needs of each customer.
