MISSION​

SOGEMI ENGINEERING aims to establish itself as a reliable partner in the development of foundry plants specialized in raw material recovery and the design of automatic molding systems.

VISION

SOGEMI recognizes that the quality of the products and services provided is and will remain the decisive factor for the company’s success and prosperity. This quality ensures the simultaneous satisfaction of internal needs (fulfillment of Management and Staff) and external requirements (satisfaction of Customers and the Market).

The Management places great emphasis on staff-related issues, including safety, training, skill development, and, above all, raising awareness about Quality as the foundational principle for everyone’s work.

All personnel are expected to collaborate to maintain an efficient internal organization, enabling orderly and coordinated execution of assigned tasks, with the understanding that this is the only way to produce high-quality plants.

In addition to annually defining its goals during the Quality System Review, SOGEMI pursues the following general objectives:

  • Continuously improving customer satisfaction;

  • Creatively engaging staff;

  • Building a reliable and efficient supplier network;

  • Continuously improving production processes;

  • Establishing monitoring indicators to periodically measure the achievement of the above goals;

  • Ensuring plants comply with current legislation.

These objectives must be continuously monitored and periodically analyzed to initiate improvement actions.

The company also regularly analyzes its business processes in alignment with the risk-based thinking principle required by UNI EN ISO 9001, to identify opportunities for improvement.

Additionally, the impacts of climate change on products, processes, and infrastructures are considered.

The guidelines outlined in this policy serve as a reference and a goal for all company functions to pursue in every business activity.

Dr. Rocco Vigorelli, under the mandate of Management, will act as the Quality Management Representative and Management Representative, supported in these activities by Dr. Valentina Vigorelli.
