Discharge outlet of the mixing arm with variable height, to increase or reduce the height in function of the mould height.

• Book opening type of the mixing arm.
• Lining of stainless steel in the mixer arm.
• Half moon blade with lining carry- over.
• Discharge outlet valve to have a perfect agglomeration also for the first sand.
• Autocleaning system by means of a nebulization of a inhibitor inside the mixing arm.

By request a wide range of optional can be installed:

• Smart control of the output of the binders and autoregulation between the real quantity of binders and the set points fixed.
• Blend control between two catalysts (fast and slow ) depending on the environmental temperature.
